How we do it
The business is based around the concept of flexibility and cost effectiveness, to ensure that you get the highest quality outputs at reasonable cost.  So, we sub-contract various elements of research projects to ‘the experts’, rather than us trying to be ‘all things to all people’. So, for example, recruitment is subcontracted to tried and trusted colleagues, as is data processing, both of which require considerable expertise and skill.

For small projects, then the interviewing would be conducted by Caroline Snowdon – the founder of Humanis.  For larger projects, interviewing might be shared with other similar highly experienced consultant researchers, which ensures that clients obtain high quality outputs that will make a real positive difference to their businesses.  All the consultant researchers who work with Caroline have been working in market research for a considerable number of years and have been in very senior positions, either within agencies or client companies.
